When the Boot Manager launches mobilestartup.efi, mobilestartup.efi then runs several boot libraries. Then, the Boot Manager runs a boot application called mobilestartup.efi. You can choose anywhere from one to four apps. After the Boot Manager completes the first boot phase I explained earlier, it then captures any keyboard button combinations you may have pressed at your computer start-up.
